The Frederick M. Nussbaum ’30 Memorial Award for Outstanding Volunteerism is an opportunity to recognize an outstanding Rensselaer junior in recognition of her/his volunteer activities or civic involvement by bettering the community in and around Rensselaer. The recipient will receive an award during his/her senior year.

Individuals are invited to nominate a junior class student for this award.  Click here to obtain an application.

The nomination must detail the experiences of the nominated student and may include supporting material such as references. Nominators may be students, staff, faculty, alumni, or community members.

All nominations are due on Feb. 21 by 5 p.m. The recipient or recipients are selected by a campus committee, and will be announced at a program on May 6.
